Effective January 1, 2016, the Department of State’s Bureau of Consular Affairs (CA) eliminated the consular service of offering supplemental 24-page visa page inserts (VPI) for passports. In the Federal Register published on November 20, 2015, CA issued a final rule eliminating the supplemental visa page insert service effective January 1, 2016.
